Overview
At Copart, the leading online auto auction platform in North America, I took on the role of Senior UX Design Contractor. My mission was to enhance the native application used by employees to streamline the process of documenting and checking in incoming vehicles. This application plays a crucial role in helping Copart maintain its vast inventory and ensure seamless operations.
My Contributions:
Requirements Gathering and Alignment:
- Conducted detailed meetings and workshops to gather user requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensured alignment between project goals and stakeholder expectations by fostering clear and open communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Worked closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define the project's scope, timelines, and deliverables.
-Ensured that all team members were aligned and that the project vision was clearly communicated and understood.
Technical and Non-Technical Liaison:
